Melissa Kemp is the founder of Georgia Aesthetics & Wellness, a skincare practice with a holistic approach to patient care. Melissa’s passion for serving others and helping them achieve their best selves is at the heart of everything she does.

With a focus on patient happiness, Melissa believes in treating each patient with respect and compassion, taking the time to understand their individual needs and goals. She is dedicated to providing a personalized approach to patient care, meeting patients wherever they are in their journey to their best self.

About Phoebe

Esthetician Laser Technician

Phoebe Whitaker is an esthetician laser technician with nearly five years of experience. Her journey into aesthetics began with a deep-rooted passion for beauty and wellness, which let her to medical aesthetics. Phoebe and Melissa met while working together in 2021. Outside of the treatment room, Phoebe is engaged and enjoys spending time with her fiancé, her sweet pets, and her family.

Dr. Michael Cormican

Medical Director of Georgia Aesthetics and Wellness HRT

Michael Cormican is a board-certified General Surgeon and Surgical Critical Care physician with extensive experience in trauma, emergency surgery, and complex patient care. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2011 before completing advanced surgical training through prestigious programs including Duke University School of Medicine and Emory University. He later completed a Surgical Critical Care fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Dr. Cormican is board certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care and has built a reputation for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care with a strong focus on patient safety and outcomes. In addition to his hospital and surgical experience, he is passionate about advancing patient wellness through preventative and regenerative medicine.

As Medical Director for Georgia Aesthetics and Wellness HRT, Dr. Cormican oversees clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and medical compliance while supporting a patient-centered approach to aesthetics, hormone optimization, and wellness care. His collaborative philosophy combines medical expertise with individualized treatment plans designed to help patients look and feel their best.
